In short: this is a static company website. It has no forms, no accounts, no tracking cookies and no analytics, and we don’t collect personal data through it.
Who we are
This policy covers hiperplano.com, run by Hiperplano Ltda, a Brazilian company based in São Paulo and the controller of any personal data handled here. Our products, such as Aluy and Concordância, have their own privacy policies, published on their own sites.
What the site collects
Nothing that identifies you. The site is made of static pages: there’s no sign-up, no form, no first-party cookies, and no third-party scripts, ad pixels or analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data from each request, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, in order to deliver pages. These logs are used to serve content, monitor the service and protect the site from abuse, and Cloudflare keeps them for a limited time under the Cloudflare privacy policy. We don’t use this data to identify visitors or combine it with anything else.
Cookies
We don’t set cookies. In specific cases of attack protection or automated traffic, Cloudflare may set technical cookies that are strictly necessary for security. They aren’t used to track your browsing or for advertising.
Analytics
We don’t measure traffic today. If we ever start using a metrics tool, we’ll update this page first, naming the tool, the data it handles and how to opt out.
When you email us
If you write to contato@hiperplano.com, we use your address and your message only to reply and keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is handling your request and our legitimate interest in answering it. Messages stay with our email provider for as long as they’re useful for the matter at hand; we don’t sell, rent or share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018), you can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, give you access to it, correct incomplete or outdated data, anonymize, block or delete unnecessary data, provide portability, tell you who we share it with, and delete data processed with your consent. You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD).

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Significant changes, such as adopting analytics, will be described here before they take effect.
