In short: this site introduces Hiperplano and its products. Feel free to use it, just don’t try to harm it. Each product has its own terms, which apply when you use that product.
Acceptance
These terms govern your use of hiperplano.com, run by Hiperplano Ltda, based in São Paulo, Brazil. By browsing the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using the site
The site is for information. You may read it, share links and quote excerpts with attribution. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, try to access non-public areas or systems, interfere with how it works, deliberately overload it, or scrape its content in volumes that harm the service.
Intellectual property
The Hiperplano, Aluy and Concordância names and marks, the logos, the text and the visual design of this site belong to Hiperplano Ltda. You may mention them to refer to our products, but not in a way that suggests a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement that doesn’t exist. The Outfit and JetBrains Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License, and third-party open source code keeps its authors’ licenses.
Products have their own terms
This site only presents our products. Using each one is governed by the terms published on that product’s site: Aluy’s are at aluy.dev/termos.html, and Concordância’s, in Portuguese, at concordancia.com.br/site/termos. If they conflict with these terms, the product’s terms prevail for that product.
No warranties
We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but the site is provided as is. Product descriptions, release stages and availability may change without notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we don’t control that content and aren’t responsible for it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hiperplano is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to bring a claim in their place of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the last-updated date at the top. The Portuguese version is the reference text.
